Medical examination embraces laboratory workup, psychological testing, eyesight testing, hearing ability testing, ECG recordings, and physical examination of an Occupational Health specialist (the patient should be on an empty stomach).
On the scheduled date, you have to present with:
- ID card,
- Medical Certificate issued by your GP/FMP, stating your overall and current health status. The Certificate can be brought personally or e-mailed to: sestra@preventa-medic.hr
- medical records on any chronic or major condition you have been diagnosed with, if that is the case
- glasses or contact lenses in case you use them
