Medical examination embraces laboratory workup, psychological testing, eyesight testing, hearing ability testing, ECG recordings, and physical examination of an Occupational &Sports Medicine specialist.
On the scheduled date, you have to present with:
- ID card,
- Medical Certificate issued by your GP/FMP, stating your overall and current health status. The Certificate can be brought personally or e-mailed to: sestra@preventa-medic.hr
- medical records on any chronic or major condition you have been diagnosed with, if that is the case
- glasses or contact lenses in case you use them
